Over the last few years, Dohrn has built a technological foundation that has reached the point of being able to provide tremendous rewards for ourselves and our customers. In addition to having the hardware and software necessary to provide the service and information our customers desire, we top everything with a knowledgeable on hand staff that can ensure together we make information work for us.

Information exchange plays a very important role in today's shipping world. We support many variations of EDI, and can ensure data privacy when exchanging with us. Over time we have also developed a number of data formats particular to a given customer, so if you have a special data exchange need, there is a good chance we have something already developed that will work for you. What good is any information technology system if it doesn't work when you need it? Our entire office headquarters is backed up by a Cummins generator that turns on the instant power goes out. This means our computers and phones are working, even when nothing else in the neighborhood is. We also have redundant data lines, off site backups, and a fire proof safe that houses our many servers. We've done our best to ensure that our people, our trucks, and our computers are there when you need us.
