Dohrn Expands North

Dohrn Transfer Company wants to be your Wisconsin carrier. Dohrn has terminals saturating Iowa and Illinois along with Omaha, Nebraska and has successfully used those building blocks to also serve portions of Minnesota, South Dakota, Missouri, Indiana and Wisconsin. With the increase of business in Wisconsin, it is a natural step for Dohrn to open a terminal inside the state to become more efficient.

March 15, 2004, Janesville, WI will have a new neighbor. Dohrn will roll out a fresh team of drivers and managers to command the southern Wisconsin market. With anticipation of eventual growth, Dohrn will be starting with 11 drivers running 7 semi-tractors and trailers. The 28-door terminal at 3913 Whitney Street will house the team as they prepare to become the leading southern Wisconsin carrier. This new terminal will improve service to Dohrn’s existing direct Wisconsin points plus allow growth into new markets. Look out Wisconsin, Dohrn is moving to town!
