1/29/07 Dohrn Expands Service to Indianapolis, Indiana

“When are you going to start serving Indianapolis?”

Our customers won’t stop asking so we stepped up and opened up in Indianapolis to better meet our customers’ needs. Our territory at Dohrn Transfer didn’t seem complete unless we included this crucial city to our newly expanded regional territory.

With the addition of an Indianapolis terminal, Dohrn Transfer now covers the city and all of the suburbs plus some of the further out points such as Richmond, Lafayette and Terra Haute. Dohrn now has transit times throughout the system to and from the Indianapolis direct area of 1-2 days. The new Indianapolis territory has allowed Dohrn to add more than 12 units to the system to serve our Indy customers.

The new area has been well-received by our customers and freight is starting to flood the trucks. Since Dohrn is a new face in Indiana, however, we are looking for some additional new customers to test us out and let us show you what Dohrn Good Service is all about!
