On April 26th Dohrn made company history with our very first Diversity Equity and Inclusion Summit being hosted at our Corporate Headquarters office in Rock Island Illinois. Diversity is a powerful and important concept that Dohrn Transfer company strives to grow and develop. When people of different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives come together, they bring a range of ideas, skills and talents that help us stay the best in the Midwest. Many people gathered from all of our terminals across the Midwest. Throughout the day, the summit featured workshops, a guest speaker, and breakout sessions. We all left the summit feeling empowered, inspired, and equipped with the knowledge and tools to drive change.
