HOW TO ENROLL IN DOHRNDASH SERVICES

  1. Request It
    • Mark DohrnDash on the BOL or authorize via email confirmation.
  2. We Deliver It
    • Our Driver will deliver the freight to the designated address and place the freight closest to the building at an accessible location.
  3. Photo Confirmation
    • Once delivered we’ll take a photo confirmation of the delivered freight.
    • Log into your portal to view delivery photo and more details.

How do I get DohrnDash service?

Does DohrnDash cost anything?
DohrnDash is offered at no cost. (Additional charges still apply, such as liftgate fees.)

What types of freight are not eligible for DohrnDash service?
DohrnDash is not eligible for these types of deliveries: Haz-Mat, Inside Delivery and Heat Track.
Because the driver has to liftgate the freight to the ground, the following restrictions apply: 

  • No totes
  • 2,500 lbs per pallet maximum
  • 48” x 60” x 72” maximum per pallet

Where is DohrnDash service available?
DohrnDash service applies only to freight delivered by Dohrn.

Will DohrnDash still deliver in bad weather?
During inclement weather we will deliver whenever it is safe to do so. This will be at the discretion of the driver.

How can I access the image of freight delivered with DohrnDash?
You can access the image by logging into your portal to view delivery photo (under the second BOL image) and more details. 

Where will the freight be left upon delivery?
Our Driver will deliver the freight to the designated address and place the freight as close as possible to the building at an accessible location.

What should you do if the freight is delivered incorrectly?
Please notify us immediately so we can correct the issue and redeliver the freight.
